On the 1st, in Hong Kong, BTS won Artist of the Year for the second year in a row, plus Best Asian Style and Best Music Video (“Spring Day”). Producer Pdogg was named Best Producer.

BTS’s 2017 concerts and tours
THE WINGS TOUR was the tour of the year: it began on February 18 at Gocheok Sky Dome, in Seoul, and went through Santiago, São Paulo (March 19 and 20), Newark, Chicago, Anaheim, Bangkok, Jakarta, Manila, Hong Kong and Sydney. Then came the Japanese edition, from May to July, the first dome concerts in Japan, at Kyocera Dome in Osaka (October), Taiwan and Macau. The tour ended with the Final from December 8 to 10, back at Gocheok. In total, 40 shows and 550,000 people.
With fans, there was the 4th anniversary 2017 BTS FESTA, with the June 13 Home Party, KCON Mexico, Music Bank in Singapore and Seo Taiji’s 25th anniversary concert, in September.
Performances, shows and behind the scenes of 2017
2017 was also packed with content: Bon Voyage 2 in Hawaii, Run BTS! from episode 11 to 33, V’s Hwarang, Jin’s Law of the Jungle, the “DNA” Comeback Show, the American TV shows and dozens of BANGTAN BOMBs and lives. The tour later became the series Burn the Stage, released in 2018.

If 2016 showed that BTS was here to stay, 2017 showed how far they could go. “Spring Day” became one of the most loved songs in Korea, THE WINGS TOUR traveled the world, and ARMY voted until the group won their first Billboard award.
